Leading MNC Fire Protection Solutions provider expands its business into India, aiming to strengthen its global market presence. The new subsidiary will focus on key sectors including logistics, pharma, data centers, and textile production, offering tailored fire protection solutions.

Detailed Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute business development strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Develop a dealer, distributor, and integrator network in major cities across West Region.
  • Represent the company's brand in the market and lead generation initiatives.
  • Engage directly with customers to promote products, solutions, and services.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for product promotions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and capture market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
  • Drive sales revenue and ensure achievement of sales targets for the region.
  • Demand generation in new market segments and verticals.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful sales processes.
  • Joint responsibility for managing account receivables and collection processes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience in sales through channel partners for West region.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales, solution selling, and market specification.
  • Familiarity/Experience with fire detection and suppression products and industry standards is a plus.
  • Experience in the Data-Center industry is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related field.
  • Diploma in Business Administration is an added advantage.
