Detailed Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement for multiple roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary information to both.
  • Client Interaction: Support senior team members in understanding client requirements and fulfilling recruitment needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior team members on recruitment status and candidate progress.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
