The Indian subsidiary will focus on key industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, data centers, and textile manufacturing, delivering advanced and customized fire protection solutions.

Detailed Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales performance and revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships.
  • Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and integrator networks across major cities in the West region.
  • Establish and execute business development strategies to achieve regional financial targets.
  • Identify target customers, markets, and lead generation opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and evolving customer requirements to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the regional market. Engage directly with customers to promote products, solutions, and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers and technical specialists on marketing initiatives, product promotions, and trade exhibitions.
  • Deliver product presentations and develop winning strategies for business opportunities.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
  • Generate demand in new market segments, verticals, and geographies.
  • Support solution development for specialized applications with the technical team.
  • Ensure timely collections and support Account Receivable management.
  • Manage the end-to-end regional sales operations and contribute to revenue realization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales with direct responsibility for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience working with channel partners and distributor networks.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales, solution selling, and technical specification-based selling.
  • Experience in Data Center projects will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of fire detection and fire suppression systems and related codes is preferred.(Aspirating Smoke Detector)

Educational Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical) – Preferred
  • MBA or Diploma in Business Administration – Added Advantage
