Detailed Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of more than 10 recruitment and sourcing specialists.
  • Hiring & Training: Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Team Retention: Foster a positive team environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Handling: Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Direct involvement in sourcing candidates for various roles, including Leadership Hiring.
  • Meeting Targets: Drive the team to achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing recruitment teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including 5 days a week, as required by business needs.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
